In Memory of Diane 1965-2022

Established in 2004 by Diane and Steve Colletti, Its about Thyme Farm is a testament to our enduring passion for agriculture and creativity. What began as a modest venture with a single greenhouse blossomed into a thriving family-run enterprise rooted in the heart of community and innovation.

In our early days, we embarked on the journey with a greenhouse dedicated to annuals and a delightful pick-your-own herb section. However, adversity struck in 2005 when our greenhouse succumbed to the weight of snow. Undeterred, we rose from the challenge, rebuilding stronger than before. It was during this time that we introduced our beloved pick-your-own pumpkin patch, a tradition that flourishes to this day.

Fuelled by our commitment to growth and diversification, we expanded our operations, adding more greenhouses and, in 2009, unveiling a charming gift shop featuring a unique glass blowing studio. Inspired by Diane's training at the prestigious Corning Glass Museum, our glass artistry quickly became a hallmark of our farm experience.

The orchard joined our landscape in 2012, boasting 500 trees that have thrived and multiplied with each passing year. Family values and dedication have always been at the core of our ethos, evident in every apple harvested from our orchard.

A pivotal moment arrived in 2019 with the culmination of five years of unwavering determination: the grand opening of the Once Upon a Time Wedding Barn. This monumental addition, accompanied by the expansion of our glass shop into Time Glass Arts, marked a new chapter in our legacy.

Tragically, Diane's passing in 2022 left an irreplaceable void in our hearts. Yet, her spirit lives on in every corner of our farm, inspiring us to forge ahead with resilience and passion. Wynett, an integral part of our family for 17 years, embarked on a journey to Corning to hone her skills in glassworking, ensuring that Diane's artistic legacy endures through her breathtaking creations, available this spring.

As we march forward, innovation remains our guiding principle. Anticipate exciting developments, including an expanded hydroponic vegetable range and the introduction of pick-your-own blueberries slated for 2025. While Diane may be deeply missed, her vision continues to shape our farm, evolving and flourishing just as it did from its humble beginnings. At Its about Thyme Farm, the journey is as timeless as the thyme itself, with each season promising new growth, new experiences, and endless possibilities.
